WITHIN YOU WITHOUT YOU

This project explores the concept of biophilia through a series of ceramic works that are both aesthetic and functional, aiming to integrate the quiet presence of nature into everyday life. Drawing inspiration from Australia’s rich coastal environment, the project focuses on the sandstone formations of Bondi Beach in Sydney, shaped over time by wind, sea, and erosion. These naturally formed structures, characterized by organic contours and subtle surface textures, exist as silent witnesses to seasons, tides, and airflow, offering a sense of calm and inner tranquillity.
